I have done numerous purchase and refi deals with Nate and his team and have been pleased each and every time. Great communication the whole way through. Nathan Hampton of Hampton Loans has been our go to “Mortgage” Officer for the past 3-4 loans now, ands even though he moved from the Salt Lake area to St. George Utah a few years back, we still contact him whenever we need a loan, he has beat out every other Loan Company on his fees and rates everytime we’ve compared, so he’s is the one we’ve chosen over all others. Even for our Home Equity Loan, he stood above the rest (and it was so quick). Next time you need anything to do with a mortgage, call Nathan, HE’S THE BEST!

Not only did they have the best rates and terms, but they were also willing to take the time to explain the process in detail so we understood all of our options and how the process would work. I've now financed with Hampton twice and referred numerous family and friends who have all received the same level of service and Quality.

Then they helped me buy my new home in St George. They informed me of any new costs or changes and paperwork I needed to fill out and we met often so I wasn’t overwhelmed. They were very thorough with everything. Things were taken care of in a timely manner with the appraisal and closing costs and appointments all arranged to make things go smoothly. They were so friendly and amazing to work with. They helped me get my dream house. I recommend Hampton Homes.
